• Website - georgianhoneyworld.ge, through which customer service is carried out;
• Products - production of premium honey products;
• Purchase of goods - buying goods via the Internet;
• Customer - a natural or legal person who, by clicking the purchase button on the website, agrees to these terms and/or contacts the company to purchase a product;
• Agreement - an agreement between the customer and the company, which includes these terms (annexes to it, if any), online purchase terms, delivery terms (if such services are used), product return and privacy policy.

 

Basic provisions

The company is focused on providing services at the highest level, after purchasing a product (by clicking on the buy button on the website), your personal order is executed, the product is carefully checked, packaged and sent to you safe and sound.

In the event of force majeure, the client will be fully refunded the amount to the same bank account from which he made the purchase, within 24 hours from the moment the information was received.  Communication between the company and the customer takes place by e-mail info@georgianhoneyworld.ge
